About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Finance, this role plays a critical part in safeguarding the organisation’s treasury governance, liquidity management, and financial integrity across a large ASX-listed property portfolio.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of treasury operations, governance, risk, and stakeholder management — ensuring treasury activities are executed accurately, controlled effectively, and aligned to business strategy.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, banking partners, auditors, and finance teams, providing trusted treasury oversight and insight in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage treasury operations including settlements, interest payments, distributions, and banking activities
  • Lead liquidity and cashflow forecasting to support funding and capital management decisions
  • Monitor debt covenants, treasury policy compliance, and risk exposure within approved limits
  • Oversee treasury accounting, reconciliations, derivative valuations, and reporting disclosures
  • Partner with banking institutions, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong governance and operational integrity
  • Support strategic treasury initiatives, debt management activities, and broader finance projects
  • Drive accurate and timely treasury reporting for Board, investor, and financial reporting requirements

 About You:

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Proven treasury experience within a corporate, property, REIT, infrastructure, or similarly complex environment
  • Strong understanding of liquidity forecasting, treasury controls, debt facilities, and covenant management
  • Experience with treasury accounting, debt and derivative reporting, and financial governance
  • Confident working across banking platforms, ERP systems, and financial reporting processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and executive levels
  • Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Why Join Us?

  • Exposure to a high-performing ASX-listed environment
  • Flexible work and supportive leadership
  • A collaborative and values-led culture
  • Opportunities to contribute across strategic finance initiatives
  • The chance to work alongside experienced leaders in a growing organisation
