About the Role

We are looking for an agile, process-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. This role is a "process guru" opportunity, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and is ready to support our leadership team, including the General Manager and three Senior Leaders with "anything and everything" related to Project delivery and business operations.

What you’ll do:

Your day will be fast-paced and diverse. You won't just be behind a desk; you'll be the glue holding our projects together:

  • Document Management: Meticulously reviewing various documents and putting together paperwork for leadership.
  • Agile Support: Pivoting quickly to join meetings with business leads to provide administrative context and support.
  • Compliance & Legal: Focusing on policy compliance and handling project admin tasks specifically related to legal requirements and contract administration.
  • Content Creation: Creating high-quality decks and assembling comprehensive documentation for the team.
  • System Integrity: Managing lease-related data and financial processing within the Yardi system.

About you

You are a proactive professional who is either looking to grow your career within the property industry or is a career administrator who finds joy in keeping a business running smoothly.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Process Guru: You have a knack for following and improving processes to ensure appropriate controls are maintained.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with intermediate Excel, and creating professional presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for data integrity and accuracy.
  • Communication: You can collaborate effectively with internal teams (Leasing, Finance, Asset Management) and external stakeholders.
